鸡蛋140克

糖100克

玉米糖糠10克

香草精2克

低筋粉90克

融化无盐黄油25克

牛奶40克

1、鸡蛋、糖、玉米糖浆倒入碗中,一边搅拌一边隔水加热至40度

2、加入香草精,用电动搅拌器开始搅拌,直至打发变

3、筛入低筋粉,用刮刀搅拌均匀

4、将一部分面糊与黄油、牛奶先一步混合均匀,然后回倒至大碗中搅拌至均匀无颗粒

5、面糊倒入模具中,180℃烘烤30min

6、烘烤出炉后冷却脱模

7、将烤好的蛋糕分切成均匀的3份,每一层都抹草莓奶油、铺草莓粒,反复操作直至抹面完成

8、然后用打好的装饰奶油缓缓淋上蛋糕上,然后用草莓装饰即可。

打发草莓奶油:

300g打发奶油+100g草莓酱+适量红色粉

装饰奶油:

60g奶油+6g糖,打至6~7成发;
